In the city but there are some neighborhoods that are pretty far away from it from any sort of green space within walking distance. I guess what im struck by is geez, itd be nice if there was a way for more local neighbors, residents, whatever, to create more of a Community Space and that would i think be beneficial to the Small Businesses in the area. Whats drive the need for the foot traffic. Whats the thinking there is the parking is so valuable that i guess i shouldnt put words in your mouth but what is driving that. The question is how to create more of these spaces sometimes i have worked the excelsior in the Mission Corridor and there were a lot of vacancies and we were looking how to have incentives to attract traffic and its what comes first the business or amenity but its particular to each case. Its very dense and businesses are constantly changing and thats why we get all the foot traffic. Weve had people complain about parking and its the amenity thats an extra value for t
Avenue, conditional use authorization. Good evening. Department staff. Of about you is a request for conditional use authorization to legalize an existing 10,000 square foot industrial agricultural use at 1465 donner avenue. It is a preexisting operation with temporary authorization from the office of cannabis to continue operation while legitamizing. It is in the Zoning District and the bayview area plan. It requires an authorization under 2010. 3. The establishment to cultivate cannabis. This site also includes an unpermitted second floor. The applicant also applied for a variance to legalize. After working with their architect and city staff, the applicant has withdrawn that request and proposes to remove the second floor and render the site back into compliance with 145. 5 of the planning code. The department has received no correspondence regarding this application. This site is a preexisting use which is legitamizing and will be required to comply with the office of Cannabis Lice
