KATHMANDU, July 10: Government accounts across the country have been frozen. The Financial Comptroller General Office has frozen the accounts of the federal, provincial and local governments since 12 o'clock last night.

KATHMANDU,  July 9: The provinces have spent only half of their budget till June 15 of the current Fiscal Year 2022/23.
