It happened at 6 30 in the fifth and Mission Street garage. A man paying his parking tab shot. Police swarm the area guns drawn wondering what was going on in this busy part of San Francisco. I just walked up and i was like why are there so many people out here . I was surprised. Terrified and hungry. Police locked down and searched the parking garage. Floor by floor to check all the vehicles in the parking garage to make sure the suspect was not still on the loose. Reporter the suspect was not found. It started some type of altercation between the adults and coaches, to the point where there was it got physical. Reporter coaches, including ward welshing were brought before the youth football board. He was suspended. Reporter wardwell trying to get reinstated but was denied. Now hes being investigated by team he used to coach. It goes against everything that we should be teaching these young boys. Reporter the alleged incident happened in september.
