Every state is different. those states with the most exchanges, you are seeing lower premiums. one of the things it has to be straightened out is it varies from state to state, county to county based on specifics that cant be controlled. they really have to get it so that it is better around the country. mostly the blue states that were not so opposed to obamacare that have implement it without bringing the federal government to do it have had much more success getting premiums lower. martha: pe...
