Hello and welcome to bbc news. Jeffrey epstein died from suicide by hanging thats the reported conclusion of the autopsy into the death of the disgraced american financier. He was found dead in his cell last saturday while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Investigations have been taking place into why epstein was taken off suicide watch a few days before his death. I asked our north america correspondent peter bowes whether the findings of the autopsy settle the questions about how he died once and for all.
