Right now they are in the grand lakes section. We saw some video online from a few weeks ago, fireworks being set off by demonstrators. Police have Just Announced an Unlawful Assembly which is in the precursor for arrests. A clock this evening. Several hundred people began marching through the streets of oakland to protest the shooting of jacob lake in wisconsin. It has been allowed demonstration. No violence, still quite a bit of vandalism. There are folks in the crowd protesting with shovels and other tools and began smashing windows in downtown oakland particularly along clay street. In some cases they even pulled plywood off the windows first and then hacked away at the glass. Most of this crowd were not committing vandalism, we want to make that clear.
