一家忙碌如陀螺的单位如何让青年工作有突破 作者：杨宝光 来源：中国青年报2021年08月05日     琴键按下，琴声响起。近日，在北京协和医院（以下简称“协和”）国际医疗部门诊阳光厅，一场“夏之协韵”主题演出悄然开场。阳光厅面积不大，很快琴声就引起医护人员、患者及家属的注意。好奇心让他们驻足聆听、拍照留念，角色也迅速切换为“观众模式”。     在这场临时演出中，青年医生韩佳澍、耿畅、吴少宇依次为大家演奏了《Arebasque No.1》《Clair de lune》《River flows in you》和《我的祖国》等钢琴曲，并应患者之邀演奏了《好人一生平安》等曲目。这三位青年都来自“协韵”协和志愿演奏团，这场演出也是团队今年的首场演出。     近年，在获得2021年度全国五四红旗团委荣誉的协和医院团委的组织下，医院志愿者服务项目�
