This marina. there are beds floating and then there are some boats that have been turned over on their side. if we take a look we have a drone flying overhead and that shows kind of the scope of the devastation here. the good news is most of the homes here are concrete. they are still standing. there are some exceptions, obviously. but those seem to be wooden structures. concrete structures dont seem to have very much structural damage. mostly railings and sidings torn off and heavy roof damage....

The winds at one point were coming from behind us, they short of siftd, thats to be expected. and it is definitely hurricane force winds that we are seeing out here. the rain has let up slightly in the last hour or so. as you know, those forecasters are putting the rainfall here in feet. there are about 158,000 people in the corpus christi area that no longer have power. you can see some of the lights behind me. those people further up the coat in town still have power, but other parts of the ci...
