Tony winner John Rubinstein’s seen more stages than Shakespeare. June 13 he starts previews of off-B’way’s Theatre at St. Clement’s in one-man show “Eisenhower.” He’s five-star Gen. Dwight Eisenhower, who commanded D-Day, Europe’s invasion and Hitler’s end.
