Dear Poliakoffs, Our condo held their annual meeting on Zoom in late January.  Notice was properly given with a Zoom link. Second notice also had a Zoom link but neither link worked. I texted the board president before the meeting started, notifying the board of this and thankfully someone gave me a link to attend. So, it was just me and another resident attending…out of almost 250 condos.  The board loved not being questioned and proceeded along, but the next day residents were furious....

Dear Poliakoffs, Our HOA declaration of covenants states that any "Special Assessment in excess of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) shall require the consent of a majority of the votes of Members present and entitled to vote, in person or by proxy, at a duly called special or annual meeting of Members." Are special assessments also addressed in Chapter 720?
