The cone is offshore of florida. i am not saying you will not see tropical storm force or even hurricane force gusts but all indications are the worst of the weather will be offshore from florida and as we get into north and south carolina much like matthew we will see more direct impact along these areas. you see that cone moving more to the west. that is concerning wednesday and thursday. we will watch this closely and accelerating on friday across the northeast but still a category one storm....
