The Ministry of Reintegration and the international organization ACTED are launching a new program to provide humanitarian support to the war-affected population. Ukrainians can receive financial assistance in the amount of 10,800 hryvnias ($288) under this program, the Reintegration Ministry reported on Jan. 24.
