British police say they have arrested two people in connection with a hostage-taking at a synagogue in Texas.

A British man who took four people hostage in a Texas synagogue ranted against Jews and American wars in Muslim-majority countries. The FBI has called the incident “a terrorism-related matter” targeting the Jewish community, after initially saying the hostages were not targeted for their religious beliefs.
