The expectations we have of adoptive families, we certainly have an interest in avoiding a double standard, but it suggested for a subset, and probably a very small subset of adoptive parents, there may be a different standard. What do you think about the evidence that she is uncovered as to the rate of adoptive versus biological parents that are advertising on the internet . You know, its hard for me to say because i dont know what the mindset was of these folks making these poor decisions. I do think that obviously when they adopted a child, they did not take that responsibility of becoming a parent in the way i think it was intended. Certainly, i think its important for laws to be clear how children, when they are placed outside a parents home, what types of laws and regulations should guide that. That should be equally true.
