vindman with the whistleblower. we have this strange thing in washington where everyone knows the whistleblower s name and no one will say it in this hearing apparently, or this testimony, they tried to ask vindman who he spoke with and the objection was, that might reveal the name of the whistleblower. so i think for normal person would you say i guess he spoke to the whistleblower then. judge pirro: having been in a courtroom quite often it would be very simple to say don t mention the name of the person and still get an answer to the question to get a sense of motivation, you know, who is he speaking to. what do you think on this? right, absolutely. it could above handled that way with a quasi motion. in fact, what i would say is before these democrats shut down the questioning and the lawyer caught on to the fact that republicans were gaining ground there actually was some very skillful questioning by congressman ratliff who got a number of admissions out of
