Noah Johnson, the 1-year-old who originally went missing out of Houston has been located and is receiving medical attention, according to authorities.

An Amber Alert has been issued in Missouri for 1-year-old Noah Johnson, who has been missing from the Clear Lake area since Feb. 6.

A Harris County Amber Alert remains in effect for Noah Johnson, last seen in the Clear Lake area and now believed to be in Missouri with his mother.
