So, quoting from IDnow online: A Politically Exposed Person (PEP) is someone who, through their position or influence, is more susceptible to being involved in bribery, money laundering or corruption. This is usually someone who has been entrusted with a prominent public function in a government or international organization. Close business associates and family members are also considered PEPs.  

The pretense of carrying on in Abuja as if the 2023 Presidential Election has come and gone and the winner has settled into office and his tasks as President is just Psychological Gimmickry to hoodwink Nigerians and the International Community into docility..

  The Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS) has again reminded Nigerians that proceeding with the 2023 general elections without first 'demobilising' the 1999 constitution will only prolong the misery in the land. It warned that nothing will get better in Nigeria under the unitary constitutional order “no matter who becomes President in 2023.”

Nigeria is hanging on a Repudiated and illegitimate 1999 Constitution, so any lender, whether it be China or Europe (or any other country) will have to bear the consequences of lending to a Disputed Project. Due to that imposed 1999 Constitution, Nigeria has now finally collapsed. Do not let it crash out!
