Bella brought joy to this Beautiful Community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains and the tughill plateau region. She was the village mascot and symbol of reciprocity of kindness. One compassionate resident reached out to an orphan bella when she needed help the most and she spent her life yielding back the warm spirit that marks the pulaski community.
