And i will leave the legal arguments to the attorneys, and perhaps the deputy City Attorney may even want to weigh in, in regards to the vested rights argument and that is something that does appear often here. There is no comparison which allows us to be able to produce the gas at a much lower cost. I think the real important point here is that right now what australia is experiencing because they are exporting literally 50 , more than 50 of what theyre producing their exporting. Even in the most well, the eia projections so we will be exporting only 9 of our production in 2040.
