Us, even without knowing exactly what we are planning to put there. With that in mind, we developed the assumptions that we gave to the citys economist, economic consultant, that is, to anticipate a phase 1 building of 275,000 gross square feet by 2017 and a phase 2 building of 225,000 gross square feet by 2022, with a garage developed by 2021.
