We begin this morning with another case raising questions about the use of Excessive Force by police. This case involves police in a tucson, arizona, suburb. An officer there used his police car to ram an armed suspect on february 19th. Our reporter has the story and the dramatic dash cam video. Reporter if a pictures worth a thousand words theres no word what came to his mind the first time he saw this video. Its one of those things where the first time i saw the video i went whoa holy crap were the first words out of my mouth. A man stole a rifle and ammunition out of walmart. He did not listen to the commands of police. You dont want to do this. You dont warrant do this. Reporter whats worse they tried to talk the suspect down. A man pulls up and says he poses no threat because its locked. Its locked. He cant get the lock off. Seconds later we learned thats not true
