No place or at least no other place than the street. The city shelters cant go in there because they would be too close to one another. Instead, nonprofit organizations are giving them tents and tell them to shelter in place. And in this case, in the tenderloin, that place is the sidewalk. The idea is that theyre contained, not going to be spreading the virus. But theyre going to stay in the tents. But the reality is different. Just take a look. Theyre not staying in the tents. Theyre out on the...

I think in steer circumstances like this is not a wrong way or wrong way, there simply two conceptually distinct analytic...

Police, even though b. A. R. T. Police is in charge of training them, ambassadors will not be armed and cant physically intervene in a fight. They also cannot issue citations. I dont think that they have to have a weapon in order to be able to talk with people to deescalate situations and just to let people know that theres somebody there watching. Reporter this San Francisco b. A. R. T. Rider says violence is happening at all hours of the day. The obscene things that i see, and i was assaulted ...

That is thats rain. That was more than i was expecting. We are locked up in the studio with categorically no windows and oftentimes we have no idea whats happening. It was like sprinkling when we came in. At best. And this system is moving through so quickly it wont have a chance to measure up to much. As we go into today it will be in and out of here. We can see the rain is moving out of marin county and two parts of Contra Costa County clearing San Francisco and its also still raining in san j...
