Masks, businesses are becoming frustrating with some customers refusing to wear them, and some customers say they have a valid reason not to. Marianne favro has this story of where some people are resorting to fake exemption cards. Reporter the owner says on friday a customer walked into her store without a mask, so she was asked to put one on. She refused to put a mask on. Reporter the woman later left the store, only to return moments later, screaming and showing this card. She came back twice and started screaming at her that she has im exceempt.
