Delayed and some sort of computerized algorhithm watching them being trained to look for specific graphic, special things. and then either flagging it or sending it on to some sort of human moderator who could decide whether or not to allow it to be uploaded onto facebook. thats not how it works. facebook has been adamant that it wants to encourage people to post videos. its in its interest to have everyone posting what they can. so the way it works is you can post anything. and if someone else ...
