I was on 24 hour a day dialysis, a feeding tube, trach. It took me a long time to accept the fact i didnt know what was going on with me until i woke up. I thought it was the next day. And when i looked at my body, i realized i had lost a third of my weight. Reporter he was in a coma for a month. At that point, he weighed only 79 pounds. It was then that doctors diagnosed him with legionnaires disease. Hes one of eight people who contracted the illness in coop city in january. He was doing flooring work across the street from the cooling towers.
