The Supreme Court has listed the Mathuras Krishna Janambhoomi land dispute for further hearing on January 9, 2024. The court has requested a brief synopsis from both parties and emphasized that it is unacceptable for parties to come to Delhi but not Allahabad. The Committee of Management Trust Shahi Masjid Idgah has filed an appeal challenging the Allahabad High Court order, which transferred all petitions related to the dispute from District Court Mathura, to itself.
