Carol Cook Stiffler is a long-time Coppell resident and an active member of the Coppell Women’s Club, where she spends time promoting friendship and community through social and cultural activities.
City of Coppell administrative offices, Coppell Municipal Court, Coppell Senior and Community Center, and Coppell Arts Center will remain closed on Tuesday, Dec. 26, in observance of the Christmas holiday.
