Governor Kathy Hochul announced last week that more than $34 million has been awarded to support 23 projects across New York state through the Regional Economic Development Council initiative.
The proposed Copper Village housing complex on lower South James Street made their first appearance before the Rome Planning Board at their monthly meeting Tuesday evening, and both the site plan review and the environmental review were tabled for another time.
