The Union Cabinet, chaired by PM Modis leadership, approved various decisions, including a Copra MSP increase and the construction of a new Ganga bridge in Bihar. The bridge, linking Digha and Sonepur, will connect north and south Bihar, facilitating inland water transport. The Copra MSP for 2024 sees a hike of Rs 250-300 per quintal.
