British authorities have not publically released the attackers identity but say they acted alone and was inspired by isis. There are no reports of any americans injured in the attacks. A lot of action set to take place on capitol hill in just a couple hours. The gops healthcare bill is up for a vote in the house but this morning still questions on whether it has enough support to pass. That means the vote could be put on hold. So far at least 24 republicans have said they oppose the gops version to replace the Affordable Care act. And others are leaning that way.
