During that investigation they held a second victim. We are live in Cumberland County where they were just in court on the new charges. Good afternoon. We are told that these new additional charges involve a second student at the college where she taught. The former teacher made a first quarter. Earlier this afternoon on those 13 new additional felony charges of indecent liberties and sex offenses with a student. According to the new charges the teachers alleged sexual relationship with this male student was from october through december of 2015. She was first arrested last month on charges of having sex with a female student at the college. The District Attorney said none of the alleged encounters took place on the campus, and those students were under 18 years old. 17 years old. But as long as there is a relationship, there is still convulsed statutes that apply even if they are of the age of consent. Police say there were critical injuries. A Traffic Alert for motorists in mooresville. Mooresville parkway is being shut down for the next six months.
