A Saratoga County man is accused of causing a crash that sent a woman to the hospital.
The sheriff's deputies arrested 27-year-old Jeremy Molnar of Greenfield Center.
The crash happened 5:30 Sunday morning on Corinth Mountain Road.
Deputies say Molnar crossed over the center lane and hit a car driven by 38-year-old April O'Donahoe, head-on.
She was airlifted to Albany Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Molnar is charged with DWI and vehicular assault.
