Authorities are investigating after a body was discovered on Friday afternoon. According to Westmoreland 911, first responders were called to 14th Street in Arnold shortly before 2 p.m. where they found a body. Westmoreland Coroner Tim Carson was called to the scene. Carson said he will be releasing information from
