These images provide a look back at the site of an old crypt which lies beneath a park, after a fresh sinkhole opened up in the area.
Grant Gardens, previously Liverpool Necropolis, is a park and former cemetery in Everton. It is located at the point where West Derby Road meets Everton Road. The cemetery originally opened in 1825 and was quickly filled up over the next 70 years.
