Karnataka High Court quashes bribery case against former BJP MLA Madal Virupakshappa, says allegations only against his son
The Court said there was no evidence to allow proceedings to continue against Virupakshappa and he cannot be prosecuted only because he is the father of co-accused Prashanth Madal.
