The Maricopa County Attorney's Office will not prosecute a man accused of crashing into a group of bicyclists in February, killing two people and injuring 19 more.
Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced Thursday her office won't be prosecuting the driver who caused a Goodyear crash that injured a group of cyclists.
Officers responded to the Desert Financial Credit Union near Cotton Lane and and Greenway Road just after 2 p.m. after a bank teller called to report the robbery.
