Bronwen Howells Walsh HYANNIS — Barnstable Licensing Authority on Monday reluctantly approved transferring a beer and wine license from Hyannis now-closed Cost Plus World Market back to Cotuit. Steven Gould, who owned Cotuit Grocery Co. from 1987 to 2009, said he plans to offer to-go beer and wine sales in a stand-alone section of the Cotuit Fresh Market building with its own entrance and exit and a separate check-out register.
