Couldnt Transmit News Today

Its starting to get some flooding here. the water has gone up above my ankles. flooding not too bad just yet. this is kind of a rainfall flood. its not a storm surge flood here in the french quarter. the french quarter is on higher ground than a lot of other sections of new orleans. i just talked to some emergency management officials here. they say what theyre worried about is the storm is slow-moving and new orleans has not gotten the brunt of it just yet as far as what its going to get later ...
