Paranaque Councilor Jomari Yllana faced some complaints about his alleged unpaid electric bills from his former partner, Joy Reyes, who posted her appeal for help on Saturday, Jan. 16 via Instagram.
Joy posted a series of photos, addressing her claim that Jomari didn’t help her pay their P100,000 electric bill.
Part of her post read: “Our electric service from Meralco is DISCONNECTED TODAY! Obviously, our bill has been neglected for several months….almost a year for it to reach this massive amount.”
