Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvonen have put their New York home on the market for $15 million.
Combining four apartments over three floors in the city’s Gramercy Park neighbourhood, the couple have created an abode that’s entirely unique. Perched in the southwest corner of the historic 34, Gramercy Park East building, which was built in 1883, the apartment covers 4,950 square feet. 34, Gramercy Park was constructed in 1883. Many of the building s original features have been restored and retained, including the window frames and casings, and the hardwood floors, but these are now complemented with vintage and antique finds from around the world.
