But in his comeback, Craig DeMartino has not only returned to climbing himself, but is helping others who've experienced trauma heal through the sport. LOVELAND, Colo. — When he landed, everything exploded. Craig DeMartino, 36 at the time, fell from a small ledge — two inches thick and six feet long — about four miles in the backcountry of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was July 2002.
