“We are studying opening a location in Old Town Saginaw,” said Tim Mangan, manager of Cream & Sugar, 160 Uptown Drive. “I’m really excited about the potential of this project.”

Vinny’s Pizzeria, 168 Uptown Drive, had a soft opening in late April and reopened this week.
It’s Stuart’s latest business venture. He also owns Uptown Grill and Stock Pot Diner.
“It feels really good. I’m really happy and excited,” Stuart said of the new restaurant’s recent opening. “It’s been a long time coming.”
Vinny’s Pizzeria’s menu includes red and white brick oven-baked pizzas made with homemade dough, homemade sauce and other fresh ingredients, plus pasta, steaks, craft cocktails and more.
