Stretch of the mississippi river is closed for business this morning. a portion of the river was closed friday after a barge struck a dock. three barges also sank near baton rouge. authorities say the rising waters are making it difficult to steer the barges. meanwhile, mandatory evacuation are in orders for cities above the baton rouge as the mississippi continues on its path down to the gulf. an estimated three,000 residents have already left those threatened areas. live now to stephensville...
