Male, 29, of no-fixed-address was arrested on March 17th, 2023 and charged with possession of a Schedule I substance and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace.

Male, 23, of Cornwall was arrested on March 16th, 2023 on the strength of two warrants. He was also charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling. It is alleged on October 27th, 2022, the man brandished a knife at someone he did not know.

Male, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on March 14th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged during a traffic stop on November 27th, 2022, the man was observed outside of his residence, despite the hours of his curfew, and had been consuming alcohol, despite his conditions. During the investigation, the man further identified as someone else to police with intent to avoid arrest.

Female, 36, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 13th, 2023, and charged with one count of public mischief. It is alleged that on December 19th, 2022, the woman provided a statement to police that resulted in an investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, it was revealed that the statement she provided was false.

The Cornwall Police Service (CPS) Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit recently conducted an investigation into a man being in possession of child pornography. As a result of the ongoing investigation, on February 9th, 2023, members of the CPS executed a search warrant at the man’s residence, at which time numerous electronic devices were seized and examined.

Female, 21, of Cornwall was arrested on February 27th, 2023 and charged with fraud under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on January 22nd, 2023, the woman defrauded a victim using a social media platform to sell an item; however, failed to supply the item to the victim after receiving payment.

Male, 62, of Cornwall was arrested on February 25th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on June 7th, 2022, the man failed to stop after being involved in a collision where a cyclist was struck in the area of Brookdale Avenue and Henry Street.

Male, 30, of Cornwall was arrested on February 14th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. He was also charged with uttering threats, resist police, breach of release order, and breach of probation order.

Male, 30, of Cornwall was arrested on February 10th, 2023 and charged with theft under $5000 and trespassing at night. It is alleged on January 20th, 2023, the man trespassed onto the property of someone he did not know and removed a saw.

Male, 55, of Cornwall was arrested on February 8th, 2023 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle by drug, as well as three counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for cocaine, methamphetamine, and Dilaudid pills.
