Six months after opening their doors, Executive Chef Daniel Jackson, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., and Sous Chef Cristina Brogan are having fun experimenting with the menu at Bennington s Four Chimneys Inn Restaurant.
