us 30 @ story street in boone i-235 @ mlk first on 13. a multi-million winner is suing the iowa lottery. he claims that the money illegally won by a lottery rigger belongs to him. in 2010, former lotto security executive eddie tipton, rigged and bought the winning ticket to a 10 million dollar hot lotto game.which jackpot to one million dollars. larry dawson of webster city became the first hot lotto winner after tipton in may 2011.cashing out with 6 million dollars. after a court later convicted tipton of lotto rigging, his winnings went back to state lotteries across the country. in a lawsuit filed yesterday, dawson and his attorneys say he is entitled to that money plus interest. 16:35:02 they haven t run that calculation yet but it s obviously from may 7, 2011 till whenever a judgment would be entered. we don t know the end date yet and so it s impossible to calculate. iowa lottery ceo terry rich released a statement following the lawsuit announcement which reads in part,

crews were called to the avenue around three-thirty this morning. the home was engulfed. it was too dangerous for crews to immediately search the home. once the fire was under control. firefighters found the body of 36 year old adam blazek in the basement. no one else was home during the fire. officials say they are ruling to fire suspicious. it was a fast moving fire and im calling it suspicious because it looks like there might be two locations where it started but i cant confirm that at this point. although they say the fire is suspicious, they don t believe else is involved. an autopsy has been scheduled, and more information is expected following those results. a lincoln high school teacher has resigned after being arrested for public exposure this weekend. 60-year old michael madson resigned from his position on tuesday. on saturday madson allegedly exposed himself to a female employee at valley west mall. he s being charged with public exposure . a simple misdemeanor
