Moving into phase 2 as early as this week meaning many retailers that have been closed for the past 2 months can now opened their doors again for Curbside Pickup. So heres where things stand right now most counties are already in phase 2 Contra Costa County says it will begin allowing curbside retail starting tomorrow.
