Encina priced its inaugural public securitization, an ABS backed by mid and large ticket sized equipment loans, taking advantage of the extremely low funding costs and tight spreads.
Encina is an independent equipment finance company that offers mid and large ticket equipment to public and private corporate obligors. The Connecticut-based company has joined a handful of other inaugural equipment ABS issuers that have tapped the market this year, such as Crossroads Equipment and DLL.
