The mother of a man who died after suffering neglect said she felt extreme distress and anger at a critical new report into his care home.
James Delaney, 37, died while he was a resident at Sapphire House in Bradwell, Norfolk, in July 2018.
After an inadequate rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Mr Delaney s mother said she felt lessons had not been learned from her son s death.
A spokeswoman for operator Crystal Care said it had addressed all concerns .
She said they were confident that future inspections will note the improvements that have been made .

Officials say recently there were COVID-19 outbreaks at 3 nursing homes in Ashland County, according to RichlandSource.com.
An outbreak is at least two individuals testing positive for the virus. Brethren Care Village, Crystal Care and The Good Shepherd Nursing Home each have had staff members and residents test positive.
Ashland County has seen a spike in cases and is now on the COVID-19 watch list to possibly turn purple this week.
Shirly Bixby, Director of Nursing for the Ashland County Health Department, says even with additional contact tracers, the number of cases is overwhelming.
