Sterling Heights Redirect program marks successful first year
As the one-year anniversary of the Sterling Heights Redirect program approaches, Police Chief Dale Dwojakowski says statistics show that the program meant to keep people with substance abuse disorder out of the judicial system while getting them help to deal with their disease is working.
